2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • All products sold by GateKept are made-to-order and/or limited edition, unless otherwise specified.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during high-demand periods, sale events, new drops, or due to operational constraints.

An order is considered dispatched once it is handed over to the logistics partner.


3. Shipping & Delivery Partners

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or India Post Speed Post, depending on serviceability.

  • A shipment tracking number will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

GateKept does not guarantee delivery timelines provided by courier partners, as they are estimates only.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery timelines typically range between 6–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on pin code serviceability, regional restrictions, weather conditions, or courier delays.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • GateKept reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.


6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of checkout.

  • GateKept shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect details, re-shipping costs may be charged.


7. Delays, Loss, or Damage in Transit

  • GateKept is not liable for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been dispatched.

  • Any visible damage to the package must be recorded at the time of delivery and supported by an unboxing video, as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


8. Force Majeure

GateKept shall not be held liable for delays or failure in shipping or delivery arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
