Partial Payment Policy

Partial Cash on Delivery is available for all orders. Pay a percentage of the product price online when placing your order, then pay the remaining order balance in cash to the delivery agent.

Your order is confirmed only after the upfront payment is successfully authorized. If the payment fails or confirmation is unclear, contact contact@gatekept.in for assistance.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirmation. Estimated delivery is 6–10 working days after dispatch, depending on location and courier serviceability. These timelines may vary during high-demand periods or due to operational or courier delays.

Cancellations are allowed only before production starts. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our existing Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Please provide accurate and complete shipping details. If delivery fails because of customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect details, re-shipping costs may apply under our Shipping Policy.
